Job duties:

  • Lead the design for manufacturability process, plan facility, equipment, and resource changes and initial product builds ensuring Manufacturing deliverables to Development Project Plans are completed and on time.
  • Plan, specify, select, validate, and implement new equipment, processes, and facilities in manufacturing.
  • Identify & lead cross-dependencies, dedicatedly resolving issues and determining solution.
  • Collaborate with site leaders, project managers, engineers, and others to define and support project methodology, project work, project cost tracking, training, compliance, and strategic plans for ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Support the department and organization in all facets of planning, cost tracking, project management, department activities, training and other support functions as needed.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and improve current manufacturing processes and to optimize quality, productivity and cost performance.
  • Responsible for support and optimization of Modern CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers, horizontal and vertical broaching centers.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing process problems through testing, evaluation, and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, aeronautics engineering or a related engineering field or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of project engineering experience.
  • 1 year of experience optimizing manufacturing of plastic products, including contract Manufacturing experience working closely with customers and clients Operations.
  • Knowledge of Filling Operations.
