Plastikon Industries offers custom plastic thermoforming of packaging, inserts, and trays, for a range of industries. Our automated equipment allows us to offer high speed, high throughput, and manufacturing of parts up to 3′ x 5′. We offer continuous, in-line, cut-sheet, pressure, and vacuum forming. Components can be produced from a variety of traditional materials including engineering films, twin sheet, and many organic-based films in varying wall thickness and gauges.
Our products are used in surgical kits, food containers, boxes, blister packs, clamshell packaging, inserts, and disposable medical devices. We have 10K and 100K cleanroom capabilities for our customers with specific needs and offer extensive dimensional, color, and gloss testing to ensure all customer specifications are met. In addition to thermoforming, we offer plating, painting, printing, and thermal transfer of thermoformed parts to help streamline our customers’ supply chain.
