Plastic Blow Molding & B/F/S Aseptic Filling

Blow molding is another capability that is used to create hollow plastic parts. It’s typically done after injection molding, where the product produced is inserted in a mold cavity. Afterward, the air is blown into a two-piece die to form hollow objects like bottles and containers.

We also specialize in aseptic filling, wherein sterilized liquid products are packaged in sterilized containers. Through our Blow/Fill/Seal (BFS) technology, we can serve various industries where contamination control is essential.

Production of products is done in our Class 10K or 100K cleanrooms, which is FDA registered for quality control. We utilize pharmaceutical-grade resin to produce custom bottles filled with sterile liquid, creams, or emulsions. In addition, we have three filling suites, allowing us to complete up to 10,000 units in an hour.
